Mr Fradkov was born 7 February 1978 in Moscow.
In 2000 he graduated from Moscow State Institute for International Relations (University) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia majoring in international economics.
In 2007 he graduated from Kingston Business School of Kingston University (MBA degree), and the Academy of National Economy under the Russian Government (MBA degree). PhD in Economics.
