1992—1997 — Department Head, Head of division of International Financial Company Bank.
1985—1992 — Economist, Examiner-in-Chief of Vneshtorgbank and Vnesheconombank of the USSR.
Mr Ursulyak was born in 1963 in Magadan. In 1985 he graduated from Moscow Financial Institute.
