To enhance the quality, reliability and efficiency of settlement service Novikombank uses the ‘Bank-Customer’ electronic payments system.
The Bank offers modern systems of electronic remote banking services like ‘Bank-Customer’ and ‘Internet-Customer’.
The ‘Bank-Customer’ system is based on the principle of remote interaction of the customer with the Bank and enables accounts opened in Novikombank to be worked with irrespective of the customer’s location or territorial remoteness.
‘Bank-Customer’ is a system providing a full cycle of services for making electronic payments between customers and the Bank.
‘Bank-Customer’ enables:
- Remote account management from your office or home, which significantly expedites bank transactions. If the system is installed on the notebook computer and a telephone line or Internet access is available, the customer can contact the Bank from any country in the world;
- Basic cash and settlement documents with control over the accuracy of the main document details, and the creation of free format documents;
- Daily statements of account for the previous banking day, so you will always have accurate information about your account status;
- Information search in automatically created archives of payment documents by categories.
Technical requirements for a connection to ‘Bank-Customer’ system
‘Internet-Customer’ system enables the management of bank accounts over the Internet. Using this system it is possible to transfer electronic payment documents to the Bank, receive information about account balances and statements of account, electronic copies of documents on fund transfers and writings-off, and exchange electronic text messages and discretionary documents with the Bank. As the information is processed and kept on the Bank’s server, the ‘Internet-Customer’ system allows customers to reduce technical support requirements and save the resources of their personal computers considerably. The system additionally has multilevel protection and ensures reliability, safety and confidentiality of communicated information. To work with the ‘Internet-Customer’ system a customer should have a personal computer, access to the Internet, and the Internet Explorer browser. If you wish to use the system you must complete the application form and enter into the respective agreement with the Bank.

‘Phone-Customer’ subsystem
The ‘Phone-Customer’ subsystem provides information services via any push-button telephone handset that supports tone mode. Using the subsystem the Bank’s corporate customers can receive information about the Bank and its services (Bank’s details, exchange rates, etc.), movements in accounts, and statements of account in various types and formats by fax. The information is provided on a 24/7 basis. Access to the subsystem is possible from anywhere in the world and from any telephone handset supporting tone mode.
‘Mobile Customer’ subsystem
The ‘Mobile Customer’ subsystem enables the customer to get instant access to information about completed transactions and the availability of funds in accounts via a portable pocket computer or a smartphone with access to the Internet. The solution provides legal entities with a convenient tool for working with payment information using state-of-the-art carriers. The product is designed for company management – the Bank’s customers. The facility of working with statements of accounts via a pocket PC is envisaged for companies interested in service efficiency. By means of ‘Mobile Customer’ subsystem you will receive statements at any time regardless of your location directly on the Bank’s website, following name and password authorisation.
‘Online statement of account’ subsystem
The online statement of account’ subsystem enables corporate customers to receive information about completed transactions and the availability of funds in accounts via a computer with access to the Internet. The customer is provided with the 24/7 ability to monitor the status of accounts in online mode. Access to the information is possible from various workplaces, including remote ones.
