Foreign exchange control
Within the scope of executing the functions of a foreign exchange control agent, Novikombank implements the following actions, as required by the applicable currency law of the Russian Federation:
- currency control documents execution;
- maintenance of passports of export–import transactions (by goods, works and services, intellectual property, by loan/credit agreements);
- consultation concerning the currency legislation and official registration of papers.
Experts of Novikombank:
- can give recommendations about the form and content of foreign trade contracts as per currency law;
- will assist in choosing a code of currency transaction which will correspond to the documents presented by the customer.
