Guarantee transactions
Based on the results of the tender for selecting a financial organisation to deal with bank account opening, maintenance and settlements of the enterprises of Transneft Joint-Stock Company, Novikombank’s bid was recognised as qualified. At present Novikombank, within the limits of this tender, is actively issuing performance guarantees under contracts concluded with Transneft and its affiliated companies.
Conditions of work in this area:
- settlement account opening with Novikombank and a bank transfer for contract service, the execution of which is guaranteed by the Bank;
- fee for the issue of the bank guarantee – 5% per annum;
- security – interest-bearing bill or note of the Bank for the whole amount and term of the guarantee;
- registration of a bank guarantee within three working days provided that the customer produces a full package of documents.
