Bank transfers in roubles and in foreign exchange
Novikombank makes transfers of corporate customer funds in roubles and in foreign exchange. Customers are offered the following services:
- Transfer of cash at the date of receipt from the customer;
- Wire transfers at the date the funds are credited to customer accounts;
- Crediting funds to customer accounts;
- Making customer transfers into accounts until 14:00 Moscow time;
- Urgent transfers;
- Changing conditions, cancellations, return of transfers, payment inquiries, changing of payment details, searches for payments or expected amounts not received by the beneficiary;
- Funds transfers in the case of account closure, and funds transfers that have been forwarded to previously closed account to account locations in other credit organisations;
- Refunds of erroneously credited amounts to the beneficiaries who are not the Bank’s customers.
Conversion operations
Novikombank makes conversion operations with major world currencies:
- mandatory/reverse sale of foreign currency;
- purchase/sale of foreign currency for Russian roubles;
- purchase/sale of one foreign currency for another.
Cash services
Novikombank provides cash services to its customers:
- Cash acceptance in roubles and in foreign currency and crediting to customer account;
- Cash withdrawal in roubles and in foreign currency;
- Exchange of banknotes/coins of one denomination to another denomination.
