Individual safety deposit boxes
Novikombank offers a safety deposit box rental service. The Bank guarantees the confidentiality of the contents of your safety deposit box and does not require any information about the contents. Here you may keep any items and documents, including: money, securities, jewellery, documents, works of art, and many other items, apart from those forbidden in civil transactions. In addition, the Bank guarantees the full safety of the contents of your safety deposit box.
In entering into an agreement for the rental of a safety deposit box the customer may use it either directly or through his attorney. The powers of attorney shall be certified by a notarised power of attorney.
Convenience:
- Your valuables are in safe custody 24 hours a day;
- The contents of the safety deposit box are free from the threat of fire;
- The Bank guarantees absolute confidentiality of the contents of the safety deposit box;
- Access to the safety deposit box is available at any time convenient for the customer during the Bank’s operating hours;
- The customer identifies the conditions of access to the safety deposit box;
- The safety deposit box can be used for purchase and sale transactions (transfer of money and valuables);
- If necessary, the tenant may use banknote counting and examination equipment, and the Bank’s expert assistance.
Conditions
- The term of rental is from 1 month to 1 year, with the possibility of extension;
- While executing the agreement for the rental of a safety deposit box, the customer should pay the rental charge and the guarantee amount for the key, which is refunded to the customer if the agreement is duly completed;
- The rental charge depends on the size of the safety deposit box and rental term.
What is required?
- To determine the size of the safety deposit box and the term of rent;
- To visit the Bank’s office located at Yakimanskaya Naberezhnaya, 4/4 building 2, Moscow, to complete a rental agreement. Your passport or ID is required;
- To pay a rental charge (depending on the size of the safety deposit box and rental term), and the amount of guarantee for the key.
