Safety deposit box

Novikombank provides individual safe deposit boxes for the safe custody of money, jewellery, securities, documents and other valuables. Individual safe deposit boxes are located in the Bank’s vault, which is secured and reliably protected from external impact and fully complies with the safety requirements of the Bank of Russia.

Collection

The Bank offers cash collection, delivery and transportation of valuables services. The cash collection zone is Moscow and the adjoining suburbs. Qualified collectors are equipped with modern communications facilities and means of personal protection. The Bank uses specially equipped armoured cars for the reliable and safe transportation of money and valuables in this collection service, providing a high quality and efficient service and also guaranteeing the safety of the transported valuables.

VISA PLATINUM card

The Visa Platinum card is for the most privileged individuals. It ideally suits the way of life and requirements of the most demanding customer. Such cards indicate the highest status and well-being, and an impeccable financial reputation. With a Platinum Card you can count on excellent service anytime, anywhere, all over the world.

VISA Platinum holders are provided with the following value added services:

• a personal overdraft facility on the card;
• additional Visa Platinum cards with individual expenditure limits;
• increased insurance coverage for you and members of your family – up to 300 thousand US dollars;
• additional discount programmes for customers travelling abroad;
• ‘CONVENIENCE-SERVICE’ programme;

  Advanced informational service – this is a special assistance service which will to a large extent replace your personal assistant, help you solve day-to-day organisational problems and provide advice free of charge. Whether you are in Russia or abroad, you can always call the International SOS coordination centre, inform them that you are a Novikombank VISA Platinum card holder, and use the services of the ISOS company.

  Eqvilibria Club (formerly known as Vantage Club) is an international programme of privileges for premium bank card holders. Club members are offered the following services:

  Club members are issued a personal member card. Discounts and privileges are subject to presentation of the Club’s membership card and payment with a Novikombank card.

  To join the Eqvilibria Club, you must be a holder of NOVIKOMBANK’s VISA Platinum card.

  If you are currently a Vantage Club member, you can exchange your Vantage Club card for an Eqvilibria Club card at any branch of the Bank until the end of 2010.
