30.06.10. Novikombank and UOMZ strengthen their partnership

During the first day of the ‘Engineering Technologies 2010’ Forum Novikombank, a strategic partner of the Forum, signed a cooperation agreement with JSC Production Association E.S.Yalamov Urals Optical and Mechanical Plant.
The agreement was signed by Novikombank President Ilya Gubin and UOMZ CEO Sergey Maksin.
The agreement provides for further development of the partnership in achieving current and strategic goals, and a considerable expansion of Novikombank’s services to UOMZ. For example, the parties will cooperate in the improvement and development of the company's international and domestic payments, implementation of state-of-the-art technologies in financial resource management to raise the efficiency of the company's operations. The Bank will also offer advisory banking services and the financing of the company’s development and modernization.
The agreement also provides for higher financing of UOMZ’s day-to-day operations. Currently, Novikombank has already provided financing under a 1 billion roubles credit line to the company.
Ilya Gubin, Novikombank’s President, says: “UOMZ’s diverse operations that include both defence products and high-tech equipment for many other industries determine higher requirements to its partner bank. We are convinced that the range and quality of our products will ensure further development of our mutually beneficial relationship.”
