01.07.10. Novikombank signs a cooperation agreement with JSC Russian Electronics

Today, Novikombank has signed a cooperation agreement with JSC Russian Electronics, a member company of the Russian Technologies State Corporation.
The agreement defines key priorities of cooperation with the main focus being the Bank’s participation in financing the production of high-tech electronics.
The agreement also provides for further expansion of Novikombank’s cooperation with more than 70 member companies of JSC Russian Electronics. Among other things, the member companies will gain access to the Bank’s wide range of products including comprehensive banking services, the financing of working capital, and investment projects and programmes. Currently, the Bank’s Credit Committee has approved a loan for more than 200 million roubles to the company.
Novikombank will also take part in the improvement and development of the holding’s treasury operations, organisation of internal payments, foreign trade transactions, and advisory and information services related to joint projects.
The agreement was signed by Novikombank President Ilya Gubin and JSC Russian Electronics CEO Andrey Zverev.
Ilya Gubin, Novikombank’s President, says: “JSC Russian Electronics is among the most influential corporations in the electronics industry with a high development potential. Therefore, this agreement opens up further opportunities to finance the progress of Russian high technologies.”
