Novikombank participates in the First National Charity Program ‘Billion in change’, implemented by the Union of Charity Organisations of Russia. The Bank transferred funds to the auxiliary treatment and medicines accompanying therapy for seriously ill children.
‘Billion in change’ programme provides a comprehensive solution to the problems related to preventive measures, treatment, and rehabilitation of children suffering from cancer through a nationwide collection of 1 billion roubles for these purposes in the form of donations and their subsequent target use. Novikombank helps children with cancer from needy families. The Bank’s support will assist in the recovery of children and their return to a high quality of life.
The Bank also participates in the project ‘Illustrated books for small blind children’ which assists the adaptation of children with visual impairment. Novikombank takes part in the implementation of the ‘Books in a gift’ programme, which has already been realised for 12 years by the ‘Illustrated books for small blind children’ Charitable Fund.
Novikombank has provided support for years to the regional public organisation of the disabled, Pilgrim, which provides medical, psychological and social help to disabled children, children from needy and large families from Moscow.
